Cuisine Dreams Catering of Charlotte, NC is dedicated to
providing quality service and cuisine for all customers.
The company was founded by Shawn Morrison, a former Corporate IT Consultant that needed to follow his passion for food. His background as a consultant is great for the business, but his passion for food and great service makes the dream come true.
Shawn has experience with catering from a previously owned catering company as well as experience that has come from years of cooking. Some of his formal training comes from the Art Institute of Charlotte Culinary Arts program.
